How to Apply

Number one.

Fill Out an Online Application

We look forward to learning more about you and your interest in our programs. Please complete the online application.

Confirm Eligibility

Gather your required documents and upload them to the Applicant Portal:

For Medical Assistant, Nurse Aide and Surgical Instrument Processing Technician programs:

  • Applicants must have earned a diploma from a recognized high school or completed an equivalent program. Individuals who attended an online high school or who were homeschooled should contact the Admissions Department to determine their eligibility to enroll.

For Surgical Technologist program:

  • Applicants must hold an associate degree, at minimum.

Provide a Student Evaluation

Have a former teacher or supervisor fill out the Student Evaluation Form.

  • We want to learn more about you through the perspective of someone who has seen your work ethic and abilities firsthand.

Submit Required Documentation to Academy for Healthcare Innovation (AHI)

Confirm you have the following forms and upload them to the Applicant Portal:

  • Student evaluation form
  • Official academic transcript

Application Tips for Success

  • Verify Email Address: Use an email address that you check regularly. This is our primary way to communicate with you
    throughout the application process.
  • Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam or junk mail folder. Be sure to check these
    folders periodically.
  • Submit Only Completed Applications: To be considered for admission, your application must be complete. Download the
    application early to allow ample time to gather all necessary documents and make any adjustments before the deadline.

Once we receive your completed application and all supporting documents, our Admissions team will carefully review your submission. We may contact you if any additional information is needed. Please respond promptly to ensure your application is processed efficiently.

We want to ensure that we admit qualified candidates into our programs. To achieve this, we use an objective admissions process that evaluates your application and, if required for your program, your interview performance.

Here’s what we consider:

  • Academic Standing: We review your academic history to assess your academic preparedness.
  • Student Evaluation: The feedback we receive from your teacher or previous employer provides valuable insights into your character, work
    ethic and potential for success.
